All returned orders should be returned to Saraye/Baskets of Cambodia Inc. C/O Manna Mills 21705 66th Ave. W Mountlake Terrace, WA, 98043 Cancellation Policy: All claims for returns must be received within 30 days of arrival at your address. If you would like to exchange for any other reason, we will be happy to exchange - just pay for return shipping and include an equal amount of stamps inside the box, along with a note explaining the reasons for your return with the returned item and we will ship the replacement color, size, or style. The difference in price will either be credited or charged to your account. The returned product must be returned in the condition it was received. If you receive a product with a manufacturer's defect (subject to inspection), we will replace the product free of charge and pay for return shipping.
